Long-time LA County Fourth District Supervisor Don Knabe addressed the Torrance Business Community for the final time at TACC’s annual Lunch with Our Leader event this past week. In what was a memorable address, Supervisor Knabe highlighted efforts made toward his two priority issues: Child Sex Trafficking and Safe Surrender, which is a program that allows someone to surrender an infant within 72 hours of birth, as long as the infant shows no signs of abuse. The event also allowed for the Torrance business community to express its appreciation to Supervisor Knabe for the years of dedicated service and support to the Torrance community.
