The Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce is currently hosting a creative art contest to promote small business week. It is an annual event that encourages consumers to support local businesses, both in-person and online. Small Business Week runs from November 25th to December 2nd.
The contest is open to all Torrance Unified School District high school students, as well as Ambassador Christian School and South Bay Junior Academy students. The art contest invites students to create and submit artwork that promotes Small Business Week, with a chance to win prizes.
The winning artwork will be displayed in the Torrance Area Chamber of Commerce office during the Small Business Week Kickoff Celebration and throughout the duration of Small Business Week. Additionally, it will also be featured on the Chamber’s social media platforms, providing students with valuable exposure and recognition for their creative efforts.
