Doug Quackenbush
Doug Quackenbush is a business leader who has spent his career taking new ideas to market, and a coach who helps other leaders grow their businesses. He is also an author and speaker who shares proven formulas for generating revenue and profit in tough economic times.

In corporate and consulting roles, Doug has helped teams achieve revenue goals and improve operating performances within Fortune companies including Hewlett Packard, The Mayo Clinic, Ford, and UPS. His responsibilities as both a national and global director have gained him over 18 years of experiences that he puts to use in helping local businesses gain the same advantages usually reserved for national giants.

As a business coach, Doug has helped teams grow product-, service-, and non-profit based organizations by aligning their leadership practices, revenue-generation strategies, and daily operating performance to meet customers’ most pressing needs. He has advised clients within retail, banking, high-tech, publishing, fine art, marketing agencies, and the HR management-services industry. He has coached dozens of leaders and their management teams who own and operate multiple businesses and franchises throughout North America. He has conducted over 7,000 coaching sessions with executives seeking leadership skills and organizational insights for advancing their company growth and market share.

Jon Walls, Principal, Principle Management Consulting
Jon Walls is a senior finance and operations executive possessing over 15 years of experience with Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized businesses. His industry expertise includes financial services, e-commerce, mobile media and private equity. Jon was a Senior Vice President of Investment Banking at Lehman Brothers with expertise in equity, fixed income and M&A. He served as President and COO at B. Wilson Partners, a financial consulting boutique with a private equity affiliate. In addition, he has also provided financial leadership as CFO for a start-up Internet Service Provider and a mortgage banking company. His functional expertise includes finance, general management, strategy, corporate development (M&A) and accounting. Jon holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a JD from Harvard Law School and a BA from Yale University.

Jim Cragg, President, S.O. Tech
Jim Cragg is the President and Founder of S.O.Tech / Special Operations Technologies, a defense contractor manufacturing tactical, medical, and aerospace systems since 1997. Jim built the company from a home business to a $7 million employing over 300 people. Jim holds 7 patents and 6 patents pending and his product lines reach from defense and law enforcement to sporting goods, pet care and fashion accessories. Jim is also a Major currently serving in the Army Reserve. He has spent most of his Army career serving in Special Operations Units and he is a veteran of multiple conflicts. Jim attended West Point and UCLA, and was the 2nd place national winner of the ASBDC Small Business Success Competition and the 2009 Southern California SBA Veteran Small Business Champion of the Year.
