1. Who Are We?
This is a group of Human Resources managers and generalists, who meet monthly to networking over lunch and to receive training on the latest HR trends, laws and policies among like companies
2. Mission:
To network, educate and train Torrance Chamber businesses on important issues associated with human resources in business today
3. Structure:
» Once a month meetings ( currently the 1st Tuesday from 12 noon – 1:15 p.m.)
» Agenda:
* 12 Noon – Lunch and networking
* 12:05 p.m. Welcome and self introductions
* 12:15 p.m. Speaker
* 1:10 p.m. Closing comments/ door prizes/ announcements
* 1:15 p.m. Adjournment

» The focus of this meeting is for networking and for HR Professionals to share resources and information
» This meeting is for ‘Chamber members only’. Guests can attend ‘1’ meeting only to see value
» Meetings are for all Chamber members interested in human resources issues
» Guest speakers are ‘by invitation ly’ and must be approved by the leadership
